Lincolnshire Co-op is pleased to announce the car park walkway in The Cornhill Quarter is now open. This follows on from recent announcements of some exciting new names joining the scheme, including Seasalt and 200 Degrees.
This marks an important milestone in the development as it creates a bright, attractive walkway leading directly into the heart of the city from the 1,000 space multi-storey car park.
This news is combined with Lindum beginning demolition on the site to make way for the Everyman cinema and The Botanist in phase three of the development.
Ursula Lidbetter, Lincolnshire Co-op’s Chief Executive, commented:
“These are important steps towards creating our vision for the Cornhill Quarter. We are looking forward to seeing works progress on Phase Three of the scheme and the full impact of the restored shop fronts once all the scaffolding is removed along Sincil Street.”
